Louzizhuang Wang Guan Temple

On August 5th, 2009, on the 15th day of the lunar calendar, the Wang Guan Temple in Zizhuang, Nanmofang Building was opened. The census team stood in front of the murals of Guan Yu's story painted during the reign of Emperor Kangxi, and carefully distinguished the meanings of each group of portraits and allusions known to women and children, such as "Three Marriages in Taoyuan", "Warm Wine Fighting Hua Xiong" and "Three English Wars against Lu Bu".

Louzizhuang Wang Guan Temple was built in the late Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in the Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty, which belongs to village public construction. This temple was recorded in detail in the temple registration of Beiping Special City in 1928 and the first temple general registration in 1936. On the eve of the Anti-Japanese War, Wang Guan Temple, located atNo. 1, Guangqumen Louzizhuang in the southern suburbs, had two acres of land, 17 houses, three adobe houses and a small temple. The management and use are Buddhist and police stations. There are two bronze statues, eighteen clay statues, two bronze bells, five iron chimes, eighteen wooden incense burners, iron incense burners and candles, one fragrant sand statue, one clay horse, three bronze lions, four sacrificial tables, another well, four locust trees and two elms.

At the beginning of this century, Louzizhuang Village was rebuilt. At that time, there were only three halls, and the surrounding environment was dilapidated. With the support of the cultural relics department, the temple seat was demolished and moved to a nearby park in 2006, and the remaining 20 square meters of precious murals were scientifically excavated and cleaned by professionals and repaired to the wall. As the head of the cultural relics department, the author participated in the whole process of restoring Wang Guan Temple and wrote an inscription for the temple.

Reconstruction of Wang Guan Temple in Nanmofang

Guan Yu (16 1-2 19) is a native of Changping Village, Jiezhou Town, Yuncheng County, Shanxi Province. In the first year of Shunzhi in Qing Dynasty, the title of loyalty was SHEN WOO Guan Sheng the Great; During the reign of Jiaqing and Daoguang, Ren's title showed the heart of protecting the country and benefiting the people, and also sincerely appeased Yu Zan Xuande's loyalty to Guan Sheng the Great. Confucianism calls it holiness, Buddhism calls it Buddha, Taoism calls it Buddha, and all three religions convert.

The earliest Guan Gong Temple in history was built in the Southern and Northern Dynasties between Chen and Guo Light-years, where Guan Yu was killed in the northwest of Yuquan Mountain in Dangyang County, Hubei Province. During the Sui and Tang Dynasties, the number of Guandi temples gradually increased, and the belief reached its peak in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Louzi Zhuangcheng Village was built in Yongle period of Ming Dynasty. There is a stone building in the village, in front of which are catalpa trees planted by southern immigrants, so the village is named after the building and catalpa trees. There is no village today, and the village is the century oriental garden. There is only one temple in Wang Guan in the style of Qing Dynasty, but the appearance of the temple has long been lost.
