What are the Chaonan Reservoir?

Qiu Feng Reservoir: It is the largest reservoir in Chaonan District, located at the northern foot of Da Nan Shan, and is the controlling reservoir upstream of Liangying, the largest tributary of Lianjiang River. Longxi Reservoir: Located in the south-central part of Chengtian Town, Chaonan District, Shantou City, at the northern foot of Dalong Mountain. Divided into upper and lower warehouses. The warehousing was completed in May 1959 and the warehousing was completed in June 1970. Hexi Reservoir: Located in the lower reaches of Tuojiang River, a secondary tributary of Yuanshui River, construction started on 1978, and power generation was completed on 1983. Xinpu Reservoir: Located in Pingnan Village, Mianbei Street, Chaonan District, with a storage capacity of 3.26 million cubic meters.
