3. Visiting relatives pass (temporary employment): issued to migrant workers engaged in low-tech industries such as planting, construction, manufacturing, service industry and domestic helpers. The stay period varies from 3 months to 6 months, and can be extended after the expiration.
4. Expert License [VISITPASS(PROFESSIONAL)]: It is issued to professional and technical personnel who come to Malaysia to perform the contract for less than 1 year, such as those engaged in cultural performances, film production, scientific research, lectures, equipment installation or religious activities.
5.EMPLOYMENTPASS: issued to professional and technical personnel who have come to Malaysia to perform the contract for more than two years; The stay period is 2 to 3 years, which can be extended after the expiration; Malaysian companies must obtain the approval of the competent government department or the Foreigners' Committee before applying for such a work permit for foreigners; Malaysia stipulates that a company with a foreign capital of more than $2 million can hire five foreigners for a long time and can serve as a company executive; Companies with foreign capital of less than US$ 2 million may employ a number of foreigners as appropriate, with the longest service life of senior managers not exceeding 65,438+00 years and general technicians not exceeding 5 years, so as to encourage companies to cultivate domestic talents in Malaysia.
6. Family Pass: issued to foreign spouses and children who have obtained work permits. Stay the same as employees.
7.STUDENTPASS: issued to students studying in relevant institutions in Malaysia. The stay period is generally 6 to 12 months, which can be extended after the expiration.
