According to the latest announcement of inquiring about Chenggu Jiao Yan Reservoir, the project completion time is planned to be completed on April 30, 2022, with a construction period of 203 days and a designed dredging channel of 8.6 kilometers. After the implementation of the project, the risk of flood caused by backwater of Jialing River will be reduced, the flood discharge section of the river will be expanded, and the flood discharge capacity of the urban section will be enhanced.
