General situation of Xinyi river basin

The main tasks of this regulation project are: under the design condition that the flood control standard of Xinyi River is once every 50 years, the flood control standard of Xinkai River and Chaiyi Interceptor is once every 20 years, and the flood control standard of Chaiyi Interceptor is once every 0 years. In order to expand the flood discharge capacity of Xinyi River and improve the flood control standard of the middle and lower reaches of Yishu River, Implementation of Xinyi River Haikou Hub expansion project, Shuyang Hub reinforcement and reconstruction project, river channel expansion and excavation 105km, dike reinforcement 123km, dike seepage prevention of 54km, bank protection of 4.93km, flood control road 192km, production bridge length 123, tributary backwater treatment and impact project.

The main quantities of this project are: 47.22 million cubic meters of earthwork excavation, 65.438+000800 cubic meters of earthwork backfilling, 80,000 cubic meters of concrete, and 65.438+05500 cubic meters of masonry and riprap. According to "Several Provisions on the Construction and Management of Huaihe River Regulation Project", Lianyungang Municipal People's Government and Suqian Municipal People's Government are respectively responsible for the land acquisition, demolition and resettlement of Xinyi River Regulation Project within their respective jurisdictions.
