Australia has one of the highest health standards in the world. In order to maintain these standards, all visa applicants must meet the health requirements stipulated in the immigration law before obtaining a visa to Australia. For student visas, the Immigration Bureau will require applicants to have a physical examination, and they must go to an approved hospital for a physical examination, whether you want to apply for an electronic visa or an ordinary visa.
However, the physical examination of these two visa application methods is still slightly unreasonable:
1. For ordinary visas, the Immigration Bureau will ask the applicant to have a physical examination in the PVA letter, and then the doctor will send the physical examination results directly to LCU (local customs clearance unit), and the courier fee will be borne by the applicant. According to the previous procedure, the medical examination will be done after passing PVA, which often leads to the urgency of the start of school. All the materials required by the immigration bureau such as CoE have been submitted completely, but those who lack the medical examination results can't get visas in time and miss the start of school, because it takes 3-5 days to mail the medical examination form, and they have to wait in line after signing it at the LCU front desk. During the rush hour, it is often a month before the medical examination form is received, and the visa officer can't do it at the end. Now, after receiving the opening letter, Australian companies will first seek the opinions of students, whether they are willing to have a physical examination in advance before PVA passes, so as to save the time for applying for a visa. Most students will adopt this suggestion, and the effect is remarkable. Many students paid their tuition fees in time after PVA passed, and CoE received the approval letter soon after submission, and some even received it within 2 days of 1, which greatly shortened the waiting time for approval.
2. Electronic visa, you can choose general medical examination or electronic medical examination. E-visa generally has the same physical examination as ordinary visa. The new electronic medical examination launched last year can also be said to be the gospel of the applicant. Although not all physical examination hospitals can do electronic physical examination, which may increase the cost of physical examination, electronic physical examination is chosen as far as possible, because it not only saves the international courier fee (the physical examination results only need to be uploaded to LCU from the Internet), but also saves the mailing time and avoids the loss in the mailing process. Another thing to note is that once the electronic medical examination hospital is selected and confirmed, it can't make any changes.
You don't have to have an empty stomach before physical examination, but don't eat sweet and greasy food; Don't drink high-sugar drinks, such as cola, so as not to cause unnecessary trouble; If you have poor eyesight, you should wear glasses in time; The medical examiner must bring the original ID card and passport, and two passport-sized photos (electronic medical examination should be taken in the hospital); Ladies, please avoid at least two days before and after menstruation; Those who have undergone surgery need to bring surgical certificates, and those who have undergone pathology need to bring pathological reports. The above precautions are for your reference. Please consult the local hospital for physical examination in foreign hospitals.
If LCU thinks that the applicant's physical examination results need further examination and confirmation, there are usually two ways. One is to send a second physical examination notice, asking the applicant to go to the hospital where he did the physical examination for the first time for further examination, and then the doctor will send the results directly to LCU, bearing in mind that he must not change hospitals within the specified time, so that the trial time of the application will be further extended. Generally, the second physical examination takes about 3 months, which may delay the original school time and need to be postponed. The second is to send the 8 15 form-overseas medical examination form, requiring the applicant to go to the designated place for medical examination within the specified time limit after entering Australia. This 8 15 form needs to be filled in, signed and returned to the visa officer. After getting the visa, you must go to Australia with this 8 15 form, contact the local medical examination institution and complete the overseas medical examination on time. Students who have had a second physical examination will generally receive the form of 8 15, so basically it can be considered that the problem of physical examination will not affect your visa, because up to now, applicants who have not received the form of 8 15 cannot go to Australia because of physical examination problems, so applicants who have been informed of the second physical examination or received the form of 8 15 need not be too nervous.
Physical examination is a simple and necessary step for Australian students to apply for a visa, and it is also a necessary condition for obtaining a visa. You may not get a visa if you have a medical examination, but you won't get a visa without a medical examination. The visa officer will not issue the approval decision before receiving the qualified medical examination results. Therefore, a timely and correct physical examination will buy you more visa time. If you have any questions during the medical examination, please contact your visa consultant.

In fact, it is not advisable to study abroad too much, because things bought in China may not be shared locally; Moreover, international students may move frequently because of school transfer or other factors. Students who have just arrived in other places don't have many friends, so it is very difficult to move a lot of things. On the contrary, money is more practical. It is best to prepare hundreds of dollars in cash for international students so that they can use the money when the draft is not cashed immediately.
The luggage to be carried is mainly divided into two categories, one is daily necessities and the other is school supplies. Basically, things brought by different countries are the same, but they are slightly adjusted according to the climate and environment of the country they are going to.

If you rent your own apartment, you need to bring simple kitchen supplies.
School supplies generally include: notebook computer (recommended), floppy disk, CD-ROM, all kinds of Chinese software, such as: window system disk, word, two dozen photoshop pencils (2B and HB), erasers, several water-based pens (signature pens), colored pencils, electronic dictionaries and independent calculators, folders, big schoolbags, glasses, rulers and small scissors.
