Tongguan is one of the four famous customs in China.

Tongguan is located in the north of Tongguan County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, with the Yellow River in the north and the mountainside in the south. It has a long history and is famous far and near. As for the throats of North China, Central Plains and Northwest China, Shui Jing Zhu records: "The river flows south in the pass and stirs the mountain, so it is called Tongguan." Tonglang is fierce, hence the name Tongguan Pass, also known as Chongguan Pass. Ancient Tongguan ranks second among the top ten famous customs in China. It is the east gate of Guanzhong, the only way out of Chang 'an in the west and into Luoyang in the east. Has always been a battleground for military strategists. The reputation of "Guinea's first risk, three Qin Zhen keys, four towns and throats, and hundreds of roads are connected" describes Tongguan.

Tongguan is one of the most famous passes in ancient China. The Record of Shanhaiguan records: "Tongguan and Shanhaiguan are the only dangerous places in Guinea." Guan is located in the eastern part of Guanzhong Plain, which is an important place at the junction of Qin, Jin and Henan provinces. The situation in Tongguan is very dangerous, with Qinling Mountains in the south. There are forbidden valleys in the southeast, and 12 Liancheng in the south of the valley; Weihe River in the north and Luoerchuan will embrace the Yellow River, and it is near Hua Yue in the west. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, the mountains are stacked, the valleys are steep, the mountains are high and the roads are narrow, and Zhongtong has a narrow narrow path that can only accommodate one car and one horse. In the past, people often compared the sinister situation here to "narrow road danger and ape struggle" and "the road between people ends in Tongguan" After Du Fu's tour, he also wrote a poem, "A husband should pay attention to the important place, be narrow and allow a bicycle to ride, work hard and be brave." Eight scenic spots in Tongguan are eight scenic spots that Tongguan can enjoy. These eight scenic spots are Xiongguan Tiger Residence, Jingou Longqiu, Qin Lingyun Ping, Zhongtiao Snow Case, Fengling Xiaodu, Yellow River Spring Water, Ancestral Temple Night Scene and Taoist Bell.

Xiongguan refers to the closed building at the east gate of Tongguan Old Town. Juju means squatting or sitting. Huju refers to the corner of Qilin Mountain outside the East Gate, which looks like a tiger crouching at the door. The East Gate Tower faces the Yellow River in the north, the Qilin Mountain Corner and Yuanwanggou Natural Barrier in the east. This is the only gate to enter the customs from the east, which is very dangerous, with one person's strength and more than ten thousand people's danger. When entering the customs, you can climb up the steep slope outside the East Gate and look up at the Guanlou and the towering Qilin Mountain, just like a tiger guarding the East Gate of Shaanxi, which is famous for its grandeur and preciseness.

Jingou longqiu

Long Baer, with a waterfall hanging above and a deep pool below, is called Long Baer. The scenery of Longqiu in the forbidden ditch is in the north of Shimenguan in the forbidden ditch, where the forbidden ditch water meets the Tonghe River. It is about 2 kilometers north of Tongguan Old Town. The forbidden ditch is long and deep, with running water under it. The water source comes from Haochayu in Qinling Mountains, and the spring water flows along the way to Shimenguan at the mouth of the ditch. The gully bed suddenly changed, the turbulence went down, and the droplets splashed, which seemed to be hanging in vain. The gap between the ditch water and the river is compatible, and it merges into a deep pool. The blue waves are rippling, the fish are jumping and making waves, the trees are shaded, the flowers are fragrant and the birds are singing, which has the charm of Jiangnan water town.

Qin Lingyun Ping

The Qinling Mountains south of Tongguan are undulating and green, which is pleasing to the eye. Every time it rains and snows, the scene gets better. The clouds in the middle of the mountains, if floating, seem to float, come suddenly and go without a trace. For a while, if the dragon leaps, for a while, if the horse gallops. Sometimes silky, sometimes unstoppable, or like a hat worn on the mountain, or like a plain belt around the waist, or like a cotton ball. There are many kinds and endless changes. At the beginning of the morning, brocade is in full bloom, and painting mountains, painting mountains and painting mountains are integrated. The author of Shu Qin Cheng Yi Ji once wrote with joy that the mountains in Henan (south of the Yellow River, referring to Tongguan area) are continuous. ..... When I saw the white clouds meet, I walked out of the mountainside, with no fixed posture and clear mind.

Zhongtiao Snow Case

Zhongtiaoshan refers to Zhongtiaoshan, in today's Shanxi Province. Its western end is across the Yellow River from Tongguan, which was under the jurisdiction of Zhou Pu in the Ming Dynasty. The case of Zhongtiao Snow refers to the quiet snow scene of Zhongtiao Mountain. At that time, Tongguan was a military town, its defense range was across the Yellow River in the north, there was a garrison city in Zhou Pu, and a general manager managed some Guanjin ferries in Zhou Pu. Tongguan ancient town is the best place to enjoy the snow case in Zhongtiao. Heavy snow, green Zhongtiaoshan changed into a silver suit. Standing at the head of Tongguan City, overlooking the north, I saw hundreds of mountains without birds and footprints and thousands of rivers. Mountain dancing silver snake, original wax elephant. Silver is a tree, jade is a peak, and powder plastic railings are wrapped in mountains and rivers. If it is sunny after snow, it is silver, Qiong Yao is pale, and the viewer is in a trance in fairyland.

Feng Lingxiao Du

Wind chimes, the tomb of Nu Wa in myths and legends. Located in the Yellow River beach outside the east gate of Tongguan Old Town. Fenglingdu is called fenglingdu. Every day at dawn, when the sleeping Yellow River just wakes up and the shadows on the shore are faintly discernible, merchants from south to north gather noisily in fenglingdu. Drivers, riders, cattle drivers, bearers of burdens and bags are close behind. Some are on the road, some are waiting for the ferry, and some are already rowing at the bow. Looking up and down the Yellow River, smoke is boundless and masthead lights are flashing. Ships are running in the north and south, colorful sails are flying in the east and west, listening attentively, the sound of water rushing, the squeak of paddles, the deafening sound of horns, the cries of customers, the sound of birds, the ringing of bells, ... all converge, and a beautiful symphony crossing in the morning is echoing on both sides of Gudu.

The Yellow River rises in spring.

Everything recovers, spring blossoms, and the ice and snow melt. The ice and snow freeze and thaw among the mountains in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, and the flow of the Yellow River suddenly increases. Standing in the north of Tongguan, overlooking the east, only sparkling ice accompanied by the river, surging down, the water is the same color. At present, a leaf-shaped ice boat proudly stands on the waves, sometimes high and sometimes low, sometimes hidden and sometimes obvious, and some line up in a long queue to compete for a crossing; Some people are alone and wandering on the shore. The sound of wind, water and the rumble of ice are magnificent and exciting feelings.

The railing is empty, and Xia Hong Road is like a bunch. Guihong around Chenlou quietly rushed to gather, and wild geese fluttered into sight. The tourists upstairs, pointing to the mountains and rivers, seem to appreciate the scenery in the painting.

Daoguanzhong

Taoist temple refers to Taoist temple. Taoist clock is famous for being different from ordinary clock. According to legend, during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty (about AD 1590), the Yellow River flooded, and there were two bells, one male and one female, which rattled. The female bell (iron bell) stopped at Tongguan, and the weather was fine. Male bells (bronze bells) flow in Shaanxi Province. In the 24th year of Wanli (AD 1596), this strange mother clock hung on the bell pavilion at the top of Qilin Mountain. There are towering trees and white clouds around the bell tower, and the morning bell has rhythm. Palace merchants change, laws and regulations are born together, far and near are heard, crisp and pleasant, and mountains and rivers are colorful.
