Outpatient treatment management

4. Those who stay in other parts of China for less than seven days are required to provide three negative reports of nucleic acid detection within three days.

5. All personnel entering the hospital area must always wear masks correctly, prepare their ID cards in advance, scan the location code of the Maternal and Child Health Hospital on the spot, show the dynamic "the State Council Travel Card" and "Liao Shitong Health Code" on the day of seeing a doctor, fill in the personal health risk questionnaire on that day, and enter the clinic through pre-inspection and triage. Hospitalization management

2. After admission, patients and accompanying personnel shall not be discharged from the hospital, and leaving the hospital without authorization will be regarded as automatic withdrawal. Hospitalized patients refuse to visit, only one person is allowed to accompany them when their illness requires, and no substitution is allowed during hospitalization. Patients entering the inpatient ward and their caregivers must wear masks correctly all the time, cooperate with temperature detection and epidemiological investigation, and strengthen hand hygiene.

3. For patients with a history of living in dangerous areas, the hospital will strictly implement the relevant requirements of the higher authorities for hospitalization management, and ask patients and their families to see a doctor according to the guidance of relevant hospital staff.

Please ask the following people to investigate in medical institutions with fever clinics:

1. Patients with COVID-19-related symptoms, such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, myalgia, conjunctivitis, diarrhea and hypoesthesia;

2. Cross-border vehicle drivers, cleaning and maintenance personnel, port loading and unloading personnel of imported goods, front-line personnel of imported cold-chain food storage and processing enterprises, staff of centralized isolation places, staff of designated medical institutions, medical personnel related to fever clinics of comprehensive medical institutions, customs, entry-exit management departments and other front-line personnel who are in direct contact with entry personnel and articles;

3. People living abroad within 10 days;

People who have lived in moderate and high-risk areas within 4.7 days.
