Notice on flood control and resettlement in the old lake area of Dongping Lake in the Yellow River

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of land acquisition and resettlement for flood control projects in the old lake area of Dongping Lake flood storage and detention area of the Yellow River, according to the relevant provisions of the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on Land Acquisition Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects, with the consent of the provincial government, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Scope of land requisition for construction

1. The pile number of the secondary lake embankment ranges from 0+000 to 26+73 1 * * 26.73km, and the toe of the existing embankment project is outward10m;

2. The pile number of the dam ranges from 77+350 to 80+700 * * 3.35km, and the toe of the dike is outward10m at present;

3. Jinshan Dam, Kunshan Dike and Zhaoshan Dike, the toe of the existing dike project is outward10m;

4. Southwest of the secondary lake embankment with pile numbers of 5+ 100 to 7+ 100, east of National Highway 220 and north of National Highway leading to Huangqu;

5. Connect the 200m north-south area of Pile 2. Xu Shidi and Pirano 6+000. Jinshanba in the lower reaches of the Yellow River1+750;

6. Daimiao Irrigation and Drainage Station of Jinshan Dam, Jinshan Irrigation and Drainage Station, Kunshan Irrigation and Drainage Station of Kunshan Dike and Zhao Shan Irrigation and Drainage Station of Zhaoshan Dike are within 10 meter.

The scope of land requisition for the above-mentioned construction shall be subject to the burial of boundary markers.

Second, in the flood storage and detention area of Dongping Lake of the Yellow River, no unit or individual may build, expand or rebuild projects, develop land, build new houses and other facilities, or plant perennial cash crops and forest seedlings; Implement the current national family planning policy; Population migration is prohibited except for normal job transfer, marriage, re-transfer of soldiers, recruitment of staff by state organs and institutions, return of college graduates and return of released prisoners.

Third, the Dongping County People's Government and the project legal person should closely cooperate with each other, strictly follow the requirements of the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on Land Acquisition Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects, earnestly organize and carry out the survey of physical indicators within the scope of land acquisition for construction, and implement policies such as land acquisition compensation and resettlement, population resettlement, construction environmental protection and ecological environmental protection.

Four, Dongping County People's government should earnestly strengthen leadership, seriously organize the implementation, mobilize cadres and the masses to actively support the relevant departments and units to carry out their work.

Five, this notice shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
