Can you anchor and raise fish in Guanling County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province?

Guanling County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province, cannot anchor for fish farming. All rivers, large and medium-sized reservoirs, lakes and other natural waters in Guanling Autonomous County of Guizhou Province. This is a closed fishing area. Anchoring fish is not illegal. However, anchoring fishing in the time and place of no-fishing area or no-fishing period violates the regulations on illegal fishing of aquatic products and constitutes a crime. According to the law, anyone who violates the laws and regulations on the protection of aquatic resources and catches aquatic products in a closed fishing area or period or uses prohibited tools and methods, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention, public surveillance or a fine.
