Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, the leader of the Indian religious organization "True God Palace", was sentenced to 20 years in prison last month for two counts of rape. On August 25th, the Special Court of the Central Bureau of Investigation of Haryana declared Singh guilty of two counts of rape. Singh married the couple that day and gave her her later name. 10 years later, due to the disagreement between Sang and her husband's family, Singh adopted her as an adopted daughter for the purpose of protection.

The following year, her husband Gupta filed a lawsuit in court, claiming that his wife and Singh were living together illegally in proper relationship, and applied for custody of Insan according to law.

Gupta was beaten and threatened by Singh for witnessing the extramarital affairs between Singh and his wife. Finally, he withdrew his application and reached a separation agreement with his wife.

In recent years, due to the rising status of Sang, he began to make important decisions for Singh in The Palace of the True God, and participated in many films starring before. But in public, the two still emphasize each other's "father-daughter relationship."

On Twitter and Facebook accounts, Insan introduced himself as "daddy's angel", philanthropist, editor and actor. Her Twitter account has more than 654.38 million fans, and Facebook has 5,000 fans.

India is one of the countries most influenced by religion in the world. The True God Palace was founded in 1948, with Singh as its third teacher. But he is completely different from the ascetic monk of Mastana, the founder of the school, and has many titles. He claims to be a pop singer, film director, actor, writer, poet, scientist, philosopher and yoga master. Such multiple identities and styles are regarded as deviant.

In addition to raping female disciples, Singh asked 50 million believers to cut off their testicles from the palace 15 years ago, saying it would be closer to the gods. Later, about 400 believers whose testicles were cut off stood up and accused Singh.

Singh and his wife, Harjit Kaul, have two daughters and a son.
