China Unicom, more than 100 people have been scammed. China Unicom’s mobile phone gifting activity is a scam, everyone be careful

On December 18, I was scammed by a China Unicom business who came to my door to promote 5G business and gave me a mobile phone. At first it was said that it was a cooperation between the three major operators and that it would be upgraded to 5G. Upgrade to the 129 package and get a mobile phone. Two services came, one male and one female. They were very nice people. I believed it and then asked for my number. , he said it would work regardless of China Mobile, China Telecom, or China Unicom. Mine was China Mobile’s number, and he asked me if I had a contract or anything. We didn’t understand, so he called China Mobile to inquire about it, asked me for my ID card, and then I was messing around there by myself and asked me to enter my fingerprint. When I saw that the payment was successful, I asked what I was paying for. The salesperson said it had nothing to do with me and told me not to worry about it. He was talking about Huabei credit or something, and even gave Huabei credit. He showed me the credit limit, and there was indeed no bill or anything. Later I found out that the Huabei installment credit limit was less, and then he took out a contract for signature. After signing, he filled in the content on it and gave a China Unicom He gave me the card and he said that the card was a secondary card. The two cards were bound and the charges were paid to the main card. I also repeatedly confirmed that it was a mobile card and ignored the secondary card. I also paid 200 yuan for the phone bill. I paid 500 yuan for the OPPO A72 mobile phone as a gift. After that person left, I started to think more and more something was wrong, so I called China Mobile and they said my card was already covered by a 5G package, and they didn’t have the three-network-in-one package. During the event, I called China Unicom’s manual for consultation. They said I wanted to port my number to another network, so I complained to customer service. As a result, they said I signed the contract myself, so who was to blame.

I post this article just to let my friends see that the recent 5G upgrade and free mobile phone gifts are all a scam, don’t be fooled
