Brief introduction of Yangxin Wangying Reservoir in Huangshi

Wangying Reservoir Hub is a large-scale (2) water conservancy project that mainly focuses on flood control and irrigation, and has comprehensive utilization of snail control, power generation and aquaculture. It consists of Wangying Reservoir and Caixian Reservoir, with a total storage capacity of 623 million cubic meters and a rain-bearing area of 287.7 square kilometers. The two reservoirs are connected by a water conveyance tunnel.
