(two) citizens under the age of eighteen, whose ethnic composition is different from that of their adoptive parents or stepfathers.
Citizens who have reached the age of 18 can voluntarily choose the ethnic composition of their father or mother once within two years after reaching the age of 18.
Article 8
Citizens under the age of eighteen who change their ethnic composition shall apply by their parents or other legal guardians; A citizen who has reached the age of 18 and applies for changing the ethnic composition shall apply by himself.
