Wangwa Town Coal Mine Development

In order to revitalize the economy in southern mountainous areas of Ningxia and accelerate the development of local economy, Ningxia Power Generation Group has planned and constructed a number of coal, electric power and coal chemical projects in Guyuan City, and adjusted the tone of future coal development in Wangwa mining area. By the end of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, the output value of raw coal will be 2.7 million tons, with an output value of 654.38 billion yuan and profits and taxes of more than 400 million yuan. By the twelfth five-year plan, the mining area will reach100000 tons, with an output value of 3.5 billion yuan and a profit and tax of100000 million yuan.

Wangwa mining area is located in Caomiao Township and Luowa Township, Wangwa Town, Pengyang County, with a strip distribution from north to south, and the mining area is 428km & sup 2；; The total resources are 7.683 billion tons. It is divided into Laogouchuan minefield, Wangwa minefield and northern standby area. According to the existing data and exploration results of Wangwa mining area, the mining area is rich in reserves and resources, and has the conditions for large-scale mining area construction, which is an important growth point of economic and social development in Guyuan area. While doing a good job in mine safety production, the group company completed the overall planning of Wangwa mining area in time, with the approved scale of 6.5438+0.95 million tons/year in the autonomous region, and planned Wangwa No.1 Mine, Wangwa No.2 Mine and the northern reserve area. By 2008, the 600,000-ton technical transformation of Wangwa No.1 Mine has been completed. In 2008, the 6.5438+200,000-ton technical transformation project was approved by the autonomous region, and it is expected to be put into production in the first quarter of 2009. The 654.38+500,000-ton project of Wangwa No.2 Mine started construction in 2007 and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation at the end of September 2009. At the same time, supplementary exploration was carried out in the detailed survey area in the south to improve the exploration level, and extended exploration was carried out in the eastern part of the mining area, adding 7150,000 tons of resources, which made preparations for the accelerated development of the mining area. Relying on the Liupan Mountain 2×330MW cogeneration project, it is planned to complete all exploration work in Wangwa mining area in 2009-20 10, and adjust the overall planning of Wangwa mining area according to the resource situation and social needs, so as to build Wangwa mining area into a large energy base in southern Ningxia, with an expansion capacity exceeding 100000 tons. Among them, Wangwa No.1 Mine plans to achieve an annual production capacity of 4 million tons by 20 10 through transformation; Wangwa No.2 Mine will achieve an annual output of 3 million tons through technical transformation; In 2009, the northern reserve area is planned to be built with a planned production capacity of 3 million tons. By the middle of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, the production capacity of the whole Wangwa mining area will reach more than100000 tons.
