As of August 24th, 20 19, Quangang District has jurisdiction over six towns: Nanpu, Jieshan, Houlong, Fengwei, Huang Qian and Tuling.

Houlong Town 1

Houlong Town is located in the east of Quangang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, at the front of the national petrochemical industrial base on the south bank of Meizhou Bay. Houlong Town is a combination of Daixian Lane and Deyin Lane in Hui 'an County, Quanzhou Prefecture, with Dongyue Temple, Baishi Palace and other attractions. At the end of 2003, Houlong Town governed 12 administrative villages, and the town government was stationed in Jiaotou.

2. Nanpu Town

Nanpu Town is located in the northeast of Quangang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, on the south bank of Meizhou Bay Port.
