Deborah Moore's youth was spent in Hong Kong and Britain. Like many Chinese-English hybrids, she inherited the petite figure and skin quality of her oriental mother, but kept her father's western appearance and figure. Although Deborah Moore speaks fluent Cantonese, he doesn't know how to read Chinese characters. Before running for Hong Kong Sister, she was a ground crew member of Cathay Pacific.

Deborah Moore participated in the beauty pageant of Hong Kong Sister in 198 1.
