A group of 15 people went to Gongtan Town, Youyang County for a three-day investigation and practice. In a short period of three days, volunteers actively and enthusiastically investigated the local people's livelihood and customs through various effective forms, and went deep into the local model village Aiba Village to experience rural life and the true meaning of social harmony. With the great attention and care of college leaders and department leaders, with the strong support of the local town government and the village committee of Aiba village in Gongtan town, with the active participation and help of the local people and the joint efforts of our team members, this social investigation practice came to an end, which was a complete success, achieved the expected purpose and achieved good results, and had an important impact on the participation of college students in social investigation practice. Now briefly summarized as follows:

I. Basic information and practices

The theme of my activity group is to pay attention to people's livelihood and build a harmonious home together. The practice of social investigation in our department began on July 2, 2065, and ended on July 4, 2065, which experienced three stages: preparation, implementation and follow-up.

(1) Preparation. 2010 On June 23rd, Changjiang Normal University issued "On Organizing Cultural, Scientific and Technological Health Activities of University Student Volunteers in Summer 2065 438+00". After the notice of social practice activities was issued, the leaders of our department actively carried out their work, determined the theme of activities and arranged activities. 2065438+00-July 8th 10 With the efforts of the Student Union and the General Branch of the Department, the overall activity plan was finally determined, the division of labor was clear, the volunteers who participated in the activity were enthusiastic, and relevant information and pictures were collected, forming publicity materials. A group of 15 people came to Gongtan Town, a Millennium ancient town in Youyang. In the three days after the New Year, we actively and enthusiastically investigated the local people's livelihood and feelings through various effective forms, and went deep into the local model village Aiba Village to experience rural life and understand the true meaning of social harmony. I mainly carried out the following activities: investigating the employment problem of people's livelihood, understanding the development of local related industries, going out for employment and employment nearby; What are the key points of inspecting people's livelihood education? Left-behind children, psychological counseling for left-behind children; Investigate the distribution of people's livelihood, understand the income of residents and the development of poverty alleviation work; Investigate people's livelihood and social security issues, go to local health centers, understand the situation of rural medical cooperative insurance, understand the construction of local harmonious society, and go deep into grassroots experience; Discuss with the local government or village committee to understand some basic local conditions and record them truthfully; While carrying out activities, do a good job of publicity according to local conditions.

In Aiba Village, Gongtan Town, a series of activities on people's livelihood and people's feelings were carried out, such as photo exhibition on the 30th anniversary of reform and opening-up, drug control, medical and health care, publicity on energy conservation and emission reduction, publicity on rural agricultural policies, legal services and consultation for migrant workers, and concern for left-behind children. When we had a discussion with the village head, branch secretary and secretary, we learned some basic information about the village, put forward a series of feasible suggestions based on our own specialties, and walked into the flue-cured tobacco planting base in the village under the scorching sun and visited the flue-cured tobacco baking shed. When we conducted an investigation in the market town of Gongtan town, we got the strong cooperation from the town government, and focused on a series of policies implemented by the local government in the resettlement work of Gongtan ancient town, as well as ways to deal with emergencies during the resettlement process, and also visited local revolutionary veterans. In order to further understand the people's livelihood medical cooperation, we went into Gongtan Town Health Center, and with the help of the dean, we got a deep understanding of some of these problems.

? (2) Follow-up work. After the activity, sort out the information obtained in the activity, including the written information and pictures of the activity, analyze it and make statistics; The activity group is responsible for the division of labor and writing the practice report of social investigation; Hold an activity summary meeting to share what you have seen, heard and felt with your classmates.

Second, the main experience

? Since I entered Yangtze Normal University last year, this is the first time that I really participated in social investigation practice. The development of this activity is of great significance and far-reaching, which can not only give students some exercise, but also stimulate their enthusiasm for learning. In the activity, we obviously feel that our knowledge structure is imperfect or even missing, which makes us have to pay attention to our knowledge accumulation in the future study. The event was a complete success and won the support of all parties. My experience is:

? (1) Leaders attach great importance to it. Sending students to participate in social investigation and practical activities in summer has also become a higher education body.

Our social investigation practice has been supported by the leaders of the hospital and the department, and the department leaders have also made corresponding arrangements. At the same time, it also received the support and warm reception from Gongtan Town Government and Aiba Village Committee of Gongtan Town.

? (2) Strictly organize activities. According to the spirit of hospital documents and the requirements of department leaders, we made full preparations. In a short period of three days, according to the plan made in advance, we successfully completed all the work step by step and collected a lot of information and pictures, which laid the foundation for writing the social investigation practice report at last.

? (3) Focus on activities and publicity. At the same time of our social investigation and practice, our department specially arranged a classmate (He Zhiyong, deputy stationmaster of our reporter station and director of communication department) to carry out news propaganda and report the activities to the society in time.

? Team spirit is very important. Although it was adopted in this activity? A clear division of labor, * * * action? Three. Major achievements and gains

(2) Through this social investigation practice, we showed the elegant demeanour of our students majoring in economic law in Yangtze Normal University, and conveyed to the society the information that our college students pay attention to social investigation practice, so that we can liberate ourselves from the past concepts, from book knowledge, pay attention to integrating theory with practice, get out of school and set foot at the grassroots level.

(3) Through this social investigation and practice, I have basically understood the people's livelihood and people's feelings in Gongtan Town and personally experienced the achievements of building a harmonious society. (4) Through the practice of this social investigation, we have learned the problems existing in people's livelihood at the grassroots level and some problems highlighted in the process of building a harmonious society. When we held a forum with the government and village cadres, we discussed some with our own professional knowledge and gave some feasible suggestions. In the process of discussion, we college students are more aware of the difficulties in social management life in the real country, but we believe that through our efforts, the future is bright!

? (5) Through this social investigation practice, each of our groups has written a social investigation report, which enriches the theory of our practical activities and provides a reliable reference for our future activities.
