Taiwan Province residents entrusted Fujian Provincial Public Security Bureau to cancel their mainland hukou.

If you cancel your mainland identity, you can ask your family to help you. I can usually help you (preferably a close relative).

1. Write a power of attorney (general content: XXX can't handle the household registration cancellation certificate in person because he lives in Taiwan Province Province, so he entrusts his father XXX to handle it on his behalf, with the signature and seal of the client XXX). There should be some differences in different regions, so you should refer to the local model.

2. Attach a copy of the front and back of Taiwan Province ID card. If not, you can provide a notice of settlement in Taiwan Province Province or equivalent documents.

3. Bring your household registration book; When the mainland identity card (for future reference) is cancelled at the local police station, the police station will issue a certificate of cancellation of the household registration (general situation: XXX, a villager in XX village in my jurisdiction, female/Kloc-0, born on XX/9XX, and the household registration has been cancelled in my jurisdiction due to moving to Taiwan Province Province ...), and affix a cancellation stamp on the household registration book.

4. Go to the local notary office for notarization with the cancellation certificate of the household registration book and the household registration book stamped with the cancellation seal. Remember that the description was notarized in Taiwan Province Province.

5. About one month after notarization, go to SEF for certification.

6. Take the notarial certificate to the local entry-exit administration office as the final supplementary information, and inform you after the competent unit in Taiwan Province Province receives it (usually issue a notice of naturalization), and then go to the local household registration office to apply for an ID card.
