Before handling the case, the hospital will specify the safety responsibility to the specific judicial police, formulate the safety prevention plan, then divide the work and strictly implement the police accountability system; In the accident-prone links such as arraignment, detention, arrest, search, escort, etc., especially in the interrogation interval, midnight and early morning, the bailiff of our hospital should be on high alert, intensify inspection and nursing, carefully observe the emotional fluctuations and changes of the interrogated object, and closely guard them to prevent them from having the tendency of self-harm; The court asked the bailiff on duty to start with the specific details, regularly investigate the security risks in every corner of the case-handling work area, carefully check the items carried by each party entering the case-handling work area, register them one by one and keep them properly; The judicial police team of the hospital and the prosecutor handling the case supervise each other and remind each other that every police officer involved in handling the case should be vigilant from the moment the person being questioned arrives at the case, and his mind should be tight, and the safety work should run through the whole process of the case; After each case, the judicial police team of the hospital held a meeting in time to conscientiously sum up the process of police law enforcement, find out the shortcomings, sort out and improve, and accumulate experience; In the process of police law enforcement, once the bailiff finds a potential safety hazard, he should ask the leader in charge for instructions at the first time, notify the procurator-general in charge when necessary, and let the leader know at the first time until the problems found are solved in time.

I was assigned to the office on 20 15. As a non-law major, compared with other business departments, office work is not as difficult as I feared before, but it can't be sloppy. We must treat it with a rigorous and serious attitude, and we must not be careless. What is the procuratorial work like? What should I do? What should I do? With the continuous development of the work, these questions in my heart have gradually been answered. Ask colleagues humbly if you don't understand; If I don't understand legal terms and pay close attention to Baidu, I need to respond at all times as a prosecutor, but now I am not as nervous as before, but more confident.

2. Work experience of procuratorate

Before I officially came to work in the procuratorate, my impression of the prosecutor was that I was equated with an impartial Bao Gong. Later, after reading in the name of people, I realized that prosecutors held the sword of justice and put life and death at risk to safeguard the interests of the party and the country.

Now, I have been studying and working in the procuratorate for more than half a year, and I gradually feel that grass-roots procuratorates are adhering to the concept of "virtue, respect for the law, honesty and forge ahead", paying more attention to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of ordinary people, not only making criminals suffer due punishment, but also leaving warmth on the road of taking the people as the center and safeguarding the people's sense of fairness and justice.

The law is merciless: everyone should be within the legal rules.

The ancients said: With copper as a mirror, you can dress your clothes; Taking law as a mirror can regulate behavior. As a "national rule", law cannot be emotional. The law is the embodiment of fairness, and everyone is equal before the law.

Because of this, prosecutors, as powerful executors of legal supervision, should be based on facts, take the law as the criterion, show fairness and justice, be merciless and not be selfish.

Throughout the ages, China has never shown mercy to anyone in punishing unhealthy practices, and has brought them to justice, which shows the selflessness of the law.

Law is also emotional: law should also be related to people's hearts and feelings.

In a human society like China, law and human feelings are like twin brothers, which go hand in hand. As the rule of all things, law should not be just a cold state machine, but a tool to strengthen the people-oriented thinking and safeguard the interests of the overwhelming majority of the people.

At the beginning of this year's epidemic, in order to let the juvenile children involved in the crime in Zhenhai Detention Center better contact and communicate with their families, Comrade Wu Weijun, a non-inspection department in our hospital, sacrificed the Spring Festival holiday and took the initiative to go to the detention center to learn about the children's recent situation and psychological state, and timely fed back the situation to parents, building a warm bridge between parents and children with a warm phone, which reassured parents and warmed the hearts of these minors involved in the crime.

In judicial practice, punishment is not the purpose of justice, but more importantly, prevention, education and salvation. The law is ruthless and people are affectionate. As the supervisor and executor of the law, prosecutors should take facts as the basis, take the law as the criterion, and at the same time, fully consider secular human feelings, find a balance between jurisprudence and human feelings, and make the law warm and dignified, so as to truly win the hearts of the people.

The law is merciless. When dealing with criminals, the law is always cold, no doubt! The law is also affectionate. To safeguard the legitimate interests of ordinary people and the healthy growth of teenagers, the law must be more temperate.

3. Work experience of procuratorate

Before I entered the procuratorate, the image of the procuratorate in my heart has always been solemn, sacred and even out of reach. In 20 13, by chance, I entered the solemn and sacred gate of the procuratorate through a public service post and became a member of the staff. In 20 18, I officially became a clerk of the procuratorate by taking the provincial entrance examination for clerks. My initial nervousness and excitement gradually turned into my diligent pursuit of work.

Procuratorial work is knowledgeable, which requires not only constantly updating knowledge and deepening understanding, but also integrating theory with practice to improve the efficiency and quality of handling cases. As a non-law major, although I have been exposed to some legal knowledge in my previous study and practice, I have not studied comprehensively and systematically, but I still have a lot to learn during my work. I still remember when I first came to work in the procuratorate, because I didn't graduate from law and didn't have any legal work experience, I was completely confused about the file, case handling process, case analysis and procuratorial suggestions. I deeply understand the difference between what should be and what is, the importance of practice to procuratorial work, and I deeply feel that I have a lot to learn. At work, I also made mistakes because of my lack of work experience, but it is because of these shortcomings that I re-examined my working methods. I also realize that the timeliness of procuratorial work is very important, but fortunately, leaders and colleagues are very patient with me as a non-professional. With their guidance and help, I entered the role more quickly, found my position accurately, and completed the work assigned by my superiors and colleagues.

Although I am an on-the-job clerk, I cherish this hard-won opportunity very much. I love procuratorial organs, work and service, effectively combine what I have learned with my daily life, earnestly perform my duties, and strive to provide judicial services for the people, just like police officers in hospitals. At work, I always have high standards and strict demands on myself, earnestly strengthen moral cultivation and party spirit training, and enhance political acumen and discrimination. In the procuratorial work, resolutely implement the party's line, principles and policies, and always use party member's standards to regulate their words and deeds. Seriously study the laws, regulations and business knowledge of the unified business application system of procuratorial organs, and strive to improve their own level. I take an active part in all kinds of political and business studies organized by the hospital, whether it's the department meeting every Monday, the whole hospital study meeting on Wednesday, or other learning activities organized by the hospital. I take notes carefully, deeply understand the learning spirit, and resolutely implement the learning spirit into my work. While studying political theory hard, I use my spare time to study criminal law, criminal procedure law and related procuratorial business through various specific cases, and record everything I have learned at work in my diary.

During my work in the procuratorate, I not only learned a lot of practical knowledge, but also felt the sacredness of the prosecutor's work and realized that I still have a long way to go before I can be an excellent prosecutor. While sketching and looking forward to my future work and life, I also realize that it is not a simple matter to be a qualified clerk. It requires a strong sense of responsibility, high political quality and excellent professional quality, and there are still many things to learn and do.
