Fuzhou yongfeng temple

Fuzhou originated in the fourth year of Liao Taizu (9 19). Qidan destroyed the Bohai Sea, immigrated to southern Liaoning, set up Fuzhou, and then played Fuzhou. Historically, Fuzhou is the cultural and economic center of Wafangdian, and there is a famous temple in southern Liaoning-Yongfeng Temple in Fuzhou, which was built during the Zhenguan period of the Tang Dynasty. On its east side, there is a Yongfeng Tower built in Liao Dynasty. It is said that a monk is resting under the tower.

There used to be a rhyme: Yongfeng ancient temple towering into the sky, the hall in front of the Buddha flying, and happy ever after in the Six Dynasties, with faint rouge. At dusk, the four-dimensional mountains are purple, and the twilight is half red at the top of the tower; The land is near the southern wing of Chengguan, and you can visit eight scenes on a moonlit night. It is said that "Yongfeng Sunset Red", one of the eight scenic spots in Fuzhou, is here in Yongfeng Temple. There are seven temples in the temple, namely, Ursa Major Hall, Tianmen Hall, Shanmen Hall, Lvzu Hall, God of Wealth Temple, Sandian Hall and Dizang Hall. On the second floor, there are bells and drums, ancient pagodas, towers and inscriptions of various generations. In the early stage, it was Buddhist soil, in the middle stage, it was Daotu and renamed Taiping Temple, and finally it was Buddhist soil. It is said that during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Nanjing people who came here to burn incense also came to Taiping Temple to worship Buddha.
