First, investment promotion has achieved remarkable results. Over the past year, we have taken advantage of convenient transportation location to attract investment and fully serve the project construction. On the basis of making full use of the superior policies, the leaders of the two committees of the village, through various contacts, contributed to the completion and operation of Yueyang Minsheng Liquefied Steam Station of Xitou Group, which invested 6 million yuan, and contributed to the official opening and operation of Wujiang Farmhouse during the National Day. A total of more than 10 projects, such as higher-level resettlement assistance, afforestation in different places, water conservancy construction, civil disaster relief and land leveling, were won, and project funds10.2 million yuan were introduced.

Second, the work on agriculture, rural areas and farmers has been steadily advanced. Around the development of modern agricultural industry, 50 mu of high-quality and efficient grape planting area was added, and the development of pollution-free vegetables, watermelons, seedlings, strawberries and other characteristic industries was guided and encouraged, further rationalizing the agricultural industrial structure of the village. Earnestly publicize various policies to benefit farmers, and truthfully distribute subsidies such as direct grain subsidies and improved grain varieties 10, so there is no phenomenon that one grain is not in place. The task of land confirmation was successfully completed, and the reform of collective forest rights was promoted in an orderly manner, which effectively safeguarded the vital interests of the people. Third, the appearance of the village has changed obviously. According to the goal of "three clean-ups" and "five reforms", the action of cleaning homes with the focus on rectifying "dirty, chaotic and poor" is in full swing. Adhere to the family planning work, improve the family planning work ledger, implement the measures for village cadres to package objects, and seriously cooperate with the township family planning office to do a good job in collecting social support fees and the "four major" actions. Carefully investigate all kinds of prominent contradictions, earnestly do a good job in comprehensive management and stability of letters and visits, and there was no case of improper letters and visits throughout the year. Strive for the higher authorities to build 1 farmer's bookstore, modern distance education in rural areas and cultural enjoyment projects in the village department.

Five, party member team work hard. In-depth study and practice of Scientific Outlook on Development activities, education activities of "abiding by discipline and law, stressing morality and promoting harmony" and selection activities of "Top Ten Civilized Households" have further enhanced the creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness of all party member, and the people's awareness of the rule of law, civilized quality and moral level have been significantly improved. Establish and improve various rules and regulations, explore the implementation of key work assessment methods, realize the implementation of work and cash bonuses, and improve the enthusiasm of the team leader party member. The system of democratic decision-making and financial disclosure is implemented in major village-level work. The people in party member fully enjoy the right to know, participate, make decisions and supervise, and the level of villagers' autonomy is further improved. Using the distance education platform and farmer's bookstore, the knowledge level promotion activities in party member were carried out in depth, and the sense of purpose of party member in the whole village was further enhanced. The whole village has gradually formed a good atmosphere of focusing on the overall situation, based on post officers, standardizing system deacons and creating achievements.

In the past year, our village branch committee has done some work and made some achievements, but there is still a certain gap compared with the expectations of township party committees and governments and party member people. The study of the comrades of the two committees of our village branch needs to be further strengthened, the awareness of the overall situation needs to be further enhanced, and the sense of urgency and responsibility for accelerating development needs to be further enhanced.
