Pengzhou town planning

According to the 20 14 urban master plan of Pengzhou, Pengzhou will be subdivided from Tianpeng Town (old town+Mudan New Town) and Hezhi Town (industrial development zone+southern New Town) into seven districts, multiple centers and multiple groups. It is planned to cancel Tianpeng Town and Hezhi Town, and set up 7 sub-district offices in 8/kloc-0 villages (communities) in the former Tianpeng Town and Hezhi Town. Tian Peng Sub-district Office governs 1 1 communities (villages): Dongjie Community, Nanjie Community, Xijie Community, Beijie Community, Jin Peng West Road Community, Jin Peng Middle Road Community, Long Ta Community, Yanxiu Community, Waibei Community, Tianfu Middle Road Community and Tianfu West Road Community.

Fan Jiang Road Sub-district Office governs 8 communities (villages): Fan Jiang North Road Community, Fan Jiang South Road Community, Cuihu Community, Xie Jia Community, Chenjia Community, Zhou Jia Community, Gufuqiao Community and Shuangxing Village.

Peony Sub-district Office governs 12 communities (villages): Guangming Community, Hualong Community, Chaoyang Community, Longxing Community, An Lan Community, Jin Peng East Road Community, Donghu Community, Qi Jing Community, Pioneer Community, Bishan Community, Xingguang Community and Bayi Village.

Binhe Road Sub-district Office governs 13 communities (villages): Jinyang Community, Tanmu Community, Baima Community, Ji Guang Community, Lianchang Community, Dujia Community, Baimiao Village, Yinmu Village, Lei Yin Village, Qili Village, Erlong Village, Paifang Village and Sanxing Village.

Hezhi Sub-district Office governs 16 communities (villages): Taiping Community, Beijing Community, Jiujiang Community, Shuanglong Community, Gaoshan Community, Dalin Village, dongyuan village, Gao Quan Village, Tuhua Village, Pan Qi Village, Guyun Village, Guo Jing Village, Longquan Village, Qinglin Village, Qingshi Village and Tong Yuan Village.

Kaixuan Road Sub-district Office has jurisdiction over 4 communities (villages): Xiande Community, Lianfeng Village, Qingyang Village and Baixiang Village.

Huamao Sub-district Office governs 16 communities (villages): Sifang Community, Qingquan Community, Huguo Community, Dubai Community, Wanjia Community, Banzhu Community, Wuli Community, Baicang Village, Renyi Village, Hongwa Village, Zhong Ping Village, Mingtai Village, Fuxing Village, Xiaoyang Village, Meihua Village and Guanquan Village.

Pengzhou City includes Tian Peng Sub-district Office and Hezhi Sub-district Office (town). The urban area consists of four parts: the old city, the peony new city, the southern new city and the industrial development zone.

Old City: Pengzhou is a traditional city with a long history, but its infrastructure and shopping environment are relatively poor. The West Second Ring Road has become a chaotic representative of Pengzhou's urban construction, and the transformation of the old city is slow, so it is not a key development area in Pengzhou.

Peony New City: Pengzhou No.1 New City, Pengzhou Political Center, a new city with mature urban atmosphere, a key urban development area (eastward expansion), with Han Peng Road as the central axis.

Pengzhou's second high-quality new city. Shopping, leisure and livability are the main themes of the southern new city. 70% of the shopping centers in Pengzhou are built here. The best area in Pengzhou, high-speed rail, light rail, public transportation and other public transportation are integrated, and the first stop in and out of Chengdu is currently under construction.
