"Shenzhen Social Security Surrender Handling Guide"

Meet the following conditions can apply for surrender:

(1) The insured reaches retirement age and fails to pay 15 years;

Submit the social insurance certificate of Shenzhen employees or Shenzhen labor security card or social security card.

Provide employees with electronic debit cards or current passbooks opened in any of the four major state-owned banks (Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Agricultural Bank of China).
