Article 14 The provincial people's government may adjust the scope of urban drinking water source protection areas according to the actual needs of protecting urban drinking water sources to ensure the safety of urban drinking water. The adjustment of drinking water source protection areas shall be submitted for approval by the local people's governments at or above the county level in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the second paragraph of Article 13.
