What are the application conditions for Australia 188C?

Australia 188C Investment Immigrants (Temporary Visa for Major Investment) require applicants to invest at least 5 million Australian dollars in Australia. There is no age limit, no English requirement and no grading. Visa also greatly reduces the residence requirements. Applicants only need to live in Australia for 160 days within four years of holding a temporary residence visa. The applicant must submit the EOI before submitting the 188C visa application, and must first obtain the guarantee from the Australian state government or the territorial government.
