Take the elevator to the fifth floor and have a urine test to see if you are pregnant. Then go to the fourth floor to get three kinds of vaccination: measles/mumps/rubella triple vaccine, chickenpox vaccine and DTP/DTP combined vaccine. Note: After vaccination, the injection site should be kept dry and clean for three days. Don't drink alcohol, eat seafood or eat irritating food to avoid fatigue and strenuous exercise. After completion, the vaccine form will be sealed in an envelope, which will be taken with the provincial doctor on the day of physical examination. The international vaccination certificate was picked up at four o'clock in the afternoon the day after vaccination, and you should take the payment slip with you when you pick it up.

It is recommended to pay in the lobby of the provincial hospital at 7: 30 on the day of physical examination. You only need to deposit 1200 of the adult medical examination fee. They will give you a medical card, and you can write your name on the back.

2. After building the card, take the elevator to the sixth floor, take the number in the window of Physical Examination 1 and fill in the name/address/phone number, and wait for the registration of the physical examination. Call your number and hand it in at the second window: medical card/three two-inch photos/appointment letter/passport/vaccine envelope, and the nurse will ask you to let you into the physical examination room.

After entering the small door of the physical examination room, the nurse will give you a key to change clothes and store your personal belongings. You take it out and put it in the locker room to change. Your clothes can only be underwear. Take off your bra, remove the jewelry from your neck and hands, change your clothes and put them in the locker. The physical examination clothes of foreign immigrants are green skirts and coats. The coat is very warm, and the aisles for physical examination are all heated at 32 degrees. Go to the chair at the door of the dressing room and wait for the male doctor in front of the computer to call his name. Call out your name and move on. The doctor will ask you to sign your name, and then give you a physical examination form, passport and an inquiry notice stamped with the word check, and let you go to the physical examination room 1. There is no need for inquiry notification for the time being. You can go to your locker.

(4) Physical examination 1 (blood drawing, weight, height, vision, blood pressure)

Take the form to the physical examination 1 room and line up with the team. The first item is to draw blood. You need to sign the form. Then go straight ahead and measure your weight. The doctor will ask how tall you are first. You tell her, she'll write it down. Then she will ask you how much your eyesight is. You ask her to write it down, and then simply ask you two words about your left and right eyes to end your eyesight. Then you will ask if you are pregnant. Next, take your blood pressure. After taking your blood pressure, the doctor will return your passport. The form will be left to the doctor, who will send you to the physical examination room 2.

(5) Take your passport to the door of the second physical examination room and sit in your seat and wait. Go in when you hear the name. The doctor asked you to pull up your clothes, have a look, and turn around and look again. After the inspection, you can go out with the form and passport.

(6) Shooting room

Come out of the physical examination room and walk to the door of the filming room. Another round of waiting. When I heard the name, I went in. The shooting process is also very simple. (7) After the physical examination, change your clothes and wait in the lobby.
