In which city is Beipo Village located?

Beipo Village is located 30 kilometers south of Yuanqu County and belongs to an ancient town. It is adjacent to Yunling Village in the east, Nanyao Village in Huafeng Township in the north, Xia Bo Village in Elvis Town in the west and the ancient city freight station in the south. Dongji line highway passes through the village, with convenient transportation. The village faces south, and the waters in Xiaolangdi reservoir area are not far to the west and south.

Beipo village is an immigrant village in Langdi reservoir area. There are 3 residents' groups in the village, 158 households with a total population of 752, including 80 non-farmers and 672 farmers. There are 4 15 workers, including 22 from party member and 2 1 person from villagers. The land area is about 3.5 square kilometers. The fluctuation zone around the reservoir is cultivated land 1.500 mu, forest slope land 1.750 mu, and mudflat suitable for grazing 1.000 mu.

The economic development of Beipo Village is at the downstream level in the county, and the per capita annual income is only around 600 yuan. Mainly planting wheat, corn, sweet potato and cotton, the net income per mu is only one or two hundred yuan. Raising pigs and chickens for money at home, raising cattle and farming at home, and going out to work and develop without food and clothing. The mechanization of agricultural production is low, mostly animal-drawn farming, and there is no pillar industry for planting and breeding. Insufficient capital investment in agricultural means of production, extensive planting and thin harvest, although hard, have little income. When the immigrants moved in 2004, everyone was busy building personal houses and had no income from going out to work. Coupled with low compensation for kiln houses and rising prices, the construction of new village houses has hollowed out poor savings. Most farmers have no savings and 30% farmers have loans. Due to the relocation of the whole village, the current residence is far from cultivated land, which brings great inconvenience to agricultural production.

Since 2004, with the efforts of the people in Beipo village, the residential construction has been basically completed, but the indoor facilities of residents are simple. The layout of residential construction is reasonable. In 2007, all the main roads and lanes of 160000 square meters were hardened and afforested. Village health center and cultural square were completed in 2007, with certain places and facilities for medical treatment, leisure, fitness and entertainment.

There are tourist attractions such as Lishan National Nature Reserve, Wang Xian Grand Canyon, Pan Tian Primitive Ancient Forest Scenic Area, Zhu Feng and Xiaolangdi Scenic Area near Beipo Village, and there are some specialties such as Yuanqu Kiwi, Acorus calamus wine, buckwheat noodles, Yuanqu Hericium erinaceus and Yuanqu Auricularia.
