"Pragmatic" means pragmatic, efficient, win-win cooperation, adhering to the concept of keeping promises and implementing actions, faithfully implementing the principles and measures of mutually beneficial cooperation with Africa, and realizing the common development of China and Africa in the process of supporting Africa's independent development.

1. Enhance political mutual trust.
