Can unmarried children of immigrants married to Americans sign out with them?

1. If you are married to an American citizen, and your child was under 18 at the time of marriage, and now your child is under 2 1, you can apply for a CR2 (married for less than 2 years) or IR2 (married for more than 2 years) visa for your child.
