The two sides will promote exchanges and consultations between law enforcement departments such as the judiciary and the police, improve their ability to prevent, investigate and crack down on crimes, strengthen cooperation in judicial assistance, extradition and repatriation of criminal suspects, and immigration management, and solve the problem of illegal immigrants through consultation.

Regarding China's cooperation with the African Union and African subregional organizations, the two sides spoke highly of the positive role and achievements played by the African Union and African subregional organizations and financial institutions in promoting Africa's self-strengthening, maintaining regional peace, promoting regional cooperation and developing the economy.
