1, National Civil Service Examination (National Examination)

There are quite a few people's police posts in the national examination every year, mainly recruited by public security organs. Specifically, there are the following categories:

(1) Internal Bureau post of the Ministry of Public Security.

(2) posts in internal departments (such as citizens' entry and exit administration departments) of the National Immigration Administration.

(3) Posts of units directly under the Ministry such as the Capital Airport Public Security Bureau and the Yangtze River Shipping Public Security Bureau.

(4) posts of public security organs in the industry (including major railway public security bureaus, civil aviation public security bureaus and customs anti-smuggling bureaus).

(5) The posts of the main entry-exit frontier inspection institutions of the State Immigration Administration.

2, the provincial civil service examination (provincial examination)

This is one of the most important recruitment methods for the people's police. The positions recruited include local public security organs, judicial administrative organs, courts and procuratorates at all levels in the province.

(1) The posts of public security organs are mainly county-level public security bureaus and police stations.

(2) The posts of judicial administrative organs include major prisons, juvenile correctional institutions and compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers in the province.

(3) In the posts of courts and procuratorates, the county-level judicial police brigade is the main one.

3. Public Security Joint Examination

The full name of the public security joint examination is the unified recruitment of people's police examinations by public security organs for fresh graduates of public security majors in public security colleges. To take this exam, you need to meet three conditions.

(1) Candidates must attend the listed public security colleges, including five subordinate colleges such as People's Public Security University of China and People's Police University of China and 28 provincial colleges such as beijing police college.

(2) Candidates must study public security majors, including "public security information science, public security science, investigation science, criminal science and technology, and economic crime investigation".

(3) Candidates must be fresh graduates, and previous graduates are not eligible to participate. It is worth noting that the fresh graduates of public security major in public security colleges can only take the joint public security examination, but can't take the positions of people's police in national and provincial examinations.

The public security joint examination is a national unified examination, but it is a written examination and two forms of recruitment. According to the regulations, candidates can only apply for one position, and they can choose the first or second positions. Those who pass the interview will be ranked according to the written test results, and the top few will be given priority in post selection.

4. Targeted recruitment in judicial police schools.

In addition to public security colleges, there are 16 judicial police schools in China. At present, many provinces have taken out a number of positions in provincial examinations to recruit fresh graduates from judicial police schools. If you want to apply for these positions, you must be a fresh graduate of this 16 judicial police school, majoring in judicial administrative police.

(1) Postgraduate major: Master of Law (direction of prison management and criminal correction);

(2) Undergraduate majors: prison science and investigation science;

(3) Specialty: criminal execution, criminal investigation technology, criminal psychology measurement and correction technology, administrative execution, drug rehabilitation technology, and judicial information security.
