Yuneng Holding Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Linzhou Henan Investment Group, is responsible for investing in the power generation project of Linzhou Gongshang Reservoir. According to relevant public information, Linzhou Industrial and Commercial Pumped Storage Power Station Project is located in Hejian Town, invested and constructed by Yuneng Holdings Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Henan Investment Group. The total investment of the project is 8.657 billion yuan, the total installed capacity is 65.438+200,000 kilowatts, and four reversible water pump hydro-generator sets with a single unit capacity of 300,000 kilowatts are installed. The power station is mainly composed of upper reservoir, lower reservoir, water delivery system, power plant system and switching station, and is connected to Henan power grid with 500 kV voltage. After the completion of the project, it will greatly enhance the peak-shaving capacity of Henan power grid, and inject strong power into optimizing the power supply structure, improving the flexibility of power grid operation, ensuring safe and stable power supply and promoting the high-quality development of local economy. This project is the largest single investment project in the history of Anyang City and Linzhou City. In September, 20021,this project was included in the Medium-and Long-term Development Plan of Pumped Storage (20021-2035) of the National Energy Administration, and became one of the key implementation projects in Henan Province during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period. It only took 1 year, the project passed the pre-feasibility study of the project and the review of three special reports, namely, the selection of normal water storage level, the general layout of the construction and the layout pattern of the hub, and completed the preliminary work such as land pre-examination, site selection, resettlement outline and planning report, and successfully passed the approval of the provincial development and reform commission on September 30 this year, thus achieving the scheduled objectives ahead of schedule.
