Maltese passport application conditions

1. The principal applicant is over 18 years old; No criminal record;

2. All the following three investment conditions must be met:

1. The applicant's spouse and their children under the age of 18;

2. Children aged 18-26 who are studying full-time, unmarried and completely dependent on the applicant's economy;

3. The applicant or his/her spouse's parents or grandparents who are over 55 years old must live with the applicant and their economy is totally dependent on the applicant.
