After the land requisition compensation and resettlement plan is approved according to law, it shall be organized and implemented by the district land administrative department.

Disputes over land compensation and resettlement do not affect the implementation of the land acquisition plan.

Article 6 The expropriation of land shall be compensated according to the original purpose of the expropriated land and the following standards:

(1) The land compensation fee and resettlement subsidy for requisitioned land are based on the measures and standards implemented by the land-expropriated unit in accordance with the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China and the regulations of Sichuan Province and China.

(2) Compensation for ground attachments, buildings (structures) and young crops: According to the verified specifications and quantities, compensation shall be made according to the standards listed in Schedule 1 2.
