Disputes over land compensation and resettlement do not affect the implementation of the land acquisition plan.

Article 6 The expropriation of land shall be compensated according to the original purpose of the expropriated land and the following standards:

(1) The land compensation fee and resettlement subsidy for requisitioned land are based on the measures and standards implemented by the land-expropriated unit in accordance with the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China and the regulations of Sichuan Province and China.
