Article 92 Bribery is introduced to party and state functionaries or other personnel engaged in public affairs, and if the circumstances are relatively minor, a warning or severe warning shall be given; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be dismissed from his post within the Party or be placed on probation; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be expelled from the party.
Article 93 If a unit pays bribes for illegitimate interests, or in violation of relevant regulations, it gives kickbacks or service fees to party and state staff or other personnel engaged in public affairs in the form of property or in various names, the principal responsible person and other directly responsible personnel shall be investigated for responsibility, and if the circumstances are serious, it shall be given a warning, a serious warning, or the disciplinary action within the party shall be revoked; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be given probation or expelled from the party. If the illegal income from bribery is owned by individuals, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 of these regulations.
Article 94 Party and state functionaries or persons entrusted with the management and operation of state-owned property, taking advantage of their positions, misappropriate public funds for personal use, engage in illegal activities or engage in profit-making activities, and if they fail to pay them back for more than three months, if the circumstances are minor, they shall be given a warning or a serious warning; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be dismissed from his post within the Party or be placed on probation; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be expelled from the party.

(a) party dues, social security funds and disaster relief, emergency rescue, flood control, special care, poverty alleviation, immigration, relief, epidemic prevention and other funds and materials management;
(two) the management of social donations to public welfare undertakings;
(three) the operation and management of state-owned land;
(four) the management of land expropriation compensation fees;
(5) Collecting and paying taxes;
(six) family planning, household registration and conscription;
(seven) to assist other administrative work of the people's government;
(eight) in accordance with the laws and regulations of the party to engage in the party's discipline inspection, organization (personnel), publicity and other work.
Article 96 If the property or expenditure of party and state functionaries or other public servants obviously exceeds their lawful income, and the difference is large, they may be ordered to explain the source, but I cannot explain the source legally. If the difference is based on illegal income, give a serious warning or revoke the party's post punishment. If the circumstances are serious, he shall be given probation or expelled from the party.
Party and state staff who conceal overseas deposits in violation of regulations shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
