Hello, as of February 2020, institutions providing personal identification services must have forensic identification qualifications. If you want to conduct a forensic appraisal (which can be used as a legal basis to register your child), you need to bring the originals of your ID (passport), birth certificate, marriage certificate and other valid documents. After verification and identity verification by the staff of the appraisal unit, a copy will be made and filed. Personal identification (which only provides a kinship report and has no other functions) is not subject to geographical restrictions, and can be delivered to the identification center by courier of the samples of both parties that need to be identified.
