The sword of victory is different in different worlds.

-Arthur's sword of vowing victory, the old sword in Fate/Prototype (hereinafter referred to as FP) series, and the two layers of "coats" of Wind King Enchantment and Avalon, but Avalon in FP is not the "distant ideal hometown", but the thirteen seals of the sword of vowing victory. Therefore, Avalon here is not as defensive as Avalon in FSN. On the contrary, the power of the sword of oath victory in FP is far more powerful than that of the sword of oath victory in FSN after the liberation of its real name.

-In the event book of Fate/Grand Order (hereinafter referred to as FGO) and Elmero II (hereinafter referred to as the event book), Altoria's sword of victory and the gun shining in the distance also have multiple seals such as FP (but this is not shown in FGO games).

One thing to note here is that the "sword" that defeated Attila is not necessarily the sword that swore victory. If there had been a sword sworn to victory before 14000 years ago, there would have been no "original password" in The Forgotten Treasure House. After all, the "finished product" has long existed.
