The origin of the name of Jingning county

The name of Jingning first appeared in the eighth year of Yuan Chengzong Dade (1304), which was located in Jingning County. Following the word "Jing Li Zhai" in Song and Jin Dynasties, it expresses the desire of people of all ethnic groups to live in harmony by taking the meaning of tranquility and serenity.

In the eighth year of Dade in Yuan Chengzong (1304), Deshun House was changed to Jingning House, which was in charge of Longde County, and Zhuanglang House was set up in the east of Deshun House, which was placed under Changgong Road in Shaanxi Province.
