Hong Kong's father divorced his wife in Hong Kong and then married a mainland woman. Can their children immigrate to Hong Kong?

If the 22-year-old child is the man's biological child, there are two situations.

1) Because mainland children are 22 years old and belong to adults. When he was born, his father was already a permanent resident of Hong Kong. Then children can apply for "children born to Hong Kong permanent residents in the Mainland to settle in Hong Kong".

2) If the father is not a permanent resident when the child is born, then he is not eligible to apply.

If a 22-year-old child is not born to a man, he can't apply to settle in Hong Kong. Unless his Hong Kong father and mainland mother are both 65 years old and have no children in Hong Kong, he can apply for a mainland child to settle in Hong Kong and take care of him. (This policy also applies to biological children. )
