Can I go to Costa Rica with a Spanish visa now?

You can't. Conditions for visa-free entry to Costa Rica: Those who hold entry visas from the United States, Canada, the European Union or Schengen countries, Japan and South Korea with a validity period of not less than 3 months can enter Costa Rica without a visa, while those from China and Hong Kong who hold valid British Overseas Citizen passports and BNO passports can enter Costa Rica without a visa and are allowed to stay for 90 days, so they cannot go to Costa Rica with a Spanish visa. The visa process in Costa Rica is as follows:

1. Apply to the Exit-Entry Administration, submit written application materials, issue a Spanish notarial certificate and a color copy of the passport photo page.

2. issue a round-trip air ticket and hotel reservation form, and submit my economic certificate and my two-inch color ID photo.

3. Provide that the applicant has no criminal record and has been certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chinese Embassy, and submit other relevant materials that the applicant deems necessary.
