I. Application conditions

Foreigners who meet one of the following conditions can take the general college entrance examination in Guangxi:

(1) The foreign personnel have studied in junior high schools in our district for three years (three years from September 30th of the year when the candidates graduated from junior high schools), obtained the junior high school graduation certificate in our district, have a complete student status in senior high schools in our district (three years from September 30th of the year when the candidates took the general college entrance examination), and actually studied in senior high schools in our district. Before registering for the college entrance examination every year, he/she will take all subjects of the high school level examination (high school graduation examination) in our district. If one of his/her parents (or legal guardian) has a legally stable occupation and a legally stable residence (including lease) for more than three years, he/she is not restricted by household registration and can take part in the general college entrance examination in our district.

(2) Immigrants have a complete student status in our district's high schools (counting for three years from September 30th of the year when the candidates took the general college entrance examination), actually studied in our district's high schools, took all the subject examinations before the annual college entrance examination (high school graduation examination), graduated from high schools this year, and moved their household registration into our district before the deadline for registration of the general college entrance examination every year, and one of their parents (or legal guardians) legally flowed into our district.

(three) migrant workers are graduates of previous high schools (secondary vocational schools) (hereinafter referred to as previous students) or equivalent academic personnel who apply as social candidates. Previous students must provide their high school or secondary vocational school graduation certificates, and those with the same academic qualifications must provide relevant materials required by our district for the same academic qualifications; Their household registration has moved to our district for three years (that is, from the date of moving to September 30 of the year when they took the general college entrance examination, for three years), and they can provide proof that they have studied, worked and lived in our district since moving to our district. One of his parents (or legal guardian) has a legally stable occupation and a legally stable residence (including lease) for more than three years (inclusive), and can take the general college entrance examination in our district.

To apply as a person with the same academic qualifications, one of the following two conditions shall be met:

1. After graduating from junior high school for three years (three years from the date of obtaining the junior high school graduation certificate to the end of the general college entrance examination in our district in that year), the original junior high school graduation certificate must be issued.

2. (4) According to the spirit of the Notice of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for the Implementation of the Residence Permit System for Imported Talents in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (GYF [2005] No.27), the parents (or legal guardians) of migrant workers have the residence permit of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (talent residence permit) audited by the human resources and social security department at or above the prefecture level and issued by the public security department within the validity period of our district, and have the high school status in our district and obtained the high school graduation certificate in our district. Free from household registration restrictions, you can participate in the general college entrance examination in our district.

(5) Migrant workers have studied in junior high schools in our district for three years (calculated from September 30th of the year when the candidates graduated from junior high schools), obtained the junior high school graduation certificate in our district, have a complete student status of three-year secondary vocational education in our district (calculated from September 30th of the year when the candidates took the general college entrance examination), and receive full-time secondary vocational education in secondary vocational schools in our district. One of his parents (or legal guardians) has a legally stable occupation and a legally stable residence (including lease) for more than three years in the inflow area of our district, and is not restricted by household registration, so he can take the general college entrance examination in our district.

Immigrants have a complete student status of three-year secondary vocational education in our district (three years are counted from September 30 of the year when candidates take the general college entrance examination) and receive full-time secondary vocational education in secondary vocational schools in our district. Before the registration deadline for the annual general college entrance examination in our district, the registered permanent residence will be moved into our district. One of the parents (or legal guardians) of the recent secondary vocational education graduates has a legally stable occupation and a legally stable residence (including lease) in the inflow area of our district for more than three years (including lease).

(6) Migrants who normally move into our region with their parents' placement or job transfer (referring to the job transfer of party and government organs, institutions and state-owned enterprises) can take the general college entrance examination in our region without being restricted by conditions such as school status and household registration.

(7) Persons whose original household registration is in our district (subject to the first household registration after birth), or those whose household registration moved out and moved back to our district after being born in our district, and those whose household registration was in our district at the time of college entrance examination registration, are not restricted by their school status, and can take the general college entrance examination in our district.

6. One parent (or legal guardian) has a certificate of legal and stable occupation for more than three years (inclusive): business license of the place of inflow, labor contract (with salary certificate), tax payment certificate, social security certificate, etc.

(2) Candidates who meet the requirements for the second application shall provide the following materials:

1. Foreign personnel apply for the qualification examination form of Guangxi ordinary colleges and universities.

2. The student's actual attendance certificate at school (provided by attending high school).

3. Guangxi high school student registration form, Guangxi ordinary high school academic level examination (high school graduation examination) results, household registration book for foreigners, and second-generation resident ID card.

4. The household registration book and second-generation ID card of one of the parents (or legal guardians).

5. 5. One parent (or legal guardian) holds the residence permit of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (i.e. talent residence permit) within the validity period of Guangxi, which is audited by the human resources and social security department at or above the prefecture level in Guangxi and issued by the public security department.

(5) Candidates who meet the five requirements must provide the following materials:

1. Materials to be provided by foreigners who have studied in junior high schools in our region for three years, obtained junior high school graduation certificates in our region and have completed three-year secondary vocational education in our region:

(1) Foreign personnel apply for the qualification examination form of Guangxi ordinary colleges and universities.

(2) The student's actual attendance certificate (provided by junior high school and secondary vocational school).

(3) Guangxi junior high school student registration form, Guangxi junior high school graduation certificate, Guangxi secondary vocational education school freshmen concise registration form, household registration book, and second-generation resident ID card.

(4) the household registration book of one of the parents (or legal guardian) and the second-generation resident ID card.

(2) The student's actual attendance certificate (provided by attending a secondary vocational school).

(3) A concise registration form, household register and the second-generation resident ID card of Guangxi secondary vocational education school for foreigners who apply for the exam.

(4) the household registration book of one of the parents (or legal guardian) and the second-generation resident ID card.

(5) Proof that one parent (or legal guardian) has legally and stably lived for more than three years: Residence Permit for Floating Population in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued by the public security department of the inflow place (if it is less than three years, the certificate of applying for residence permit or temporary residence permit for the first time in our district issued by the public security department of the inflow place is attached), real estate license, purchase contract (with purchase invoice and tax payment certificate), rental contract (with lessor's real estate license and tax payment certificate), etc.

(6) Candidates who meet the requirements of Article 6 must provide the following materials:

1. Materials to be provided by migrant workers who transfer to the army with one parent (or legal guardian):

(1) Foreign personnel apply for the qualification examination form of Guangxi ordinary colleges and universities.

2 parents (or legal guardians) of migrant workers from their jobs to provide materials:

(2) the floating population household registration book and the second-generation ID card.

(3) One parent's (or legal guardian's) household registration book, second-generation ID card, work transfer document and transfer-in unit certificate.

(seven) candidates who meet the requirements of article seven shall provide the following materials:

1. Foreign personnel apply for the qualification examination form of Guangxi ordinary colleges and universities.

2. The candidate's household registration book and second-generation ID card.

3. The household registration book and the second-generation ID card of one of the parents (or legal guardians).

Except for the original 1 copy of the Qualification Examination Form for Foreign Students' Admission to Guangxi Colleges and Universities and the Certificate of Students' Practical Learning at School, all the other materials are submitted with 1 copy of the original and copy, and copied uniformly on A4 paper.

Thirdly, the accountability system.

(a) migrant workers enrolled in the college entrance examination in our district have one of the following acts, after investigation, their examination qualifications or admission qualifications are cancelled, and those who have registered are cancelled:

1. Forge or alter the student status, household registration, resident identity card, residence permit, temporary residence permit and other supporting materials to obtain the registration qualification.

2. Repeated registration across provinces (regions) or obtaining registration qualification through handling procedures such as abnormal student status and household registration transfer.

3. Failing to report to the admissions examination institution or failing to truthfully fill in the "Qualification Examination Form for Foreign Personnel to Apply for Colleges and Universities in Guangxi".

4. Others shall be investigated for responsibility according to law.
