From a perspective, Americans’ informal habits are related to their concept of democratic equality. We know that in the development process of the United States, there was a stage of feudal society. The aristocrats, untouchables, castes, royalty, etc., are a set of things prevalent in continental Europe, which have no or practical significance in the United States. People do not attach much importance to family, status, and identity: what is more important is the actual achievements of the parties themselves.
