The defendant was accused of violating Article 100 of Civil Aviation Law 20 16, which can be interpreted according to Article 206(2)(a) of the Law. The maximum penalty for violating this law is a fine of 25,000 ringgit, or imprisonment not exceeding 65,438+0 years, or both.

Taiyang Noah Zarina Vatti, the chief prosecutor of this case, believes that the defendant's behavior endangers the safety of other passengers and needs to be taken as a warning for the public interest.

Judge Hansa Farlin made the above judgment after listening to the statements of both the prosecution and the defense.
