Three steps of American immigration application inquiry
American immigration application inquiry trilogy. In order to improve the efficiency of hearing immigration applications, the US Immigration Service has provided a trilogy of inquiry methods for American immigration applications. If you haven't heard from your application case for a long time, you can check it in the following ways:
Step 1: Call NCSC at 1-800-375-5283. The national customer service center can reply to the inquiries and help of individuals, groups and contact organizations under corresponding circumstances. Please prepare your application receipt number (receipt number), foreigner registration number (foreigner registration number), application category, application date and other information before calling. During your phone call, we suggest that you prepare paper and pen to record the following information:
Name and ID number of the representative of the immigration customer service center.
Date and time of the call.
Step 2: If you haven't received any reply and explanation after contacting the Immigration Customer Service Center for 30 days, you can email USCIS to inquire about the progress of your case.
California Service Center :csc-ncsc-followup@dhs.gov
Vermont Service Center :vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov
Nebraska Service Center :ncscfollowup.nsc@dhs.gov
Dezhou Service Center :tsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov
Please note that the email should be sent to your immigration service center, because the immigration service center has jurisdiction over your case. The application receipt is marked with Vermont Service Center EAC, Texas Service Center SRC, Nebraska Service Center LIN and California Service Center WAC. When contacting your immigration service center by email, you need to provide all the information in step 1. If the immigration service center does not give you a "service request" after the call, please tell the immigration service center why.
Step 3: If you send an email to the corresponding immigration service center and still don't receive a reply after 2 1 day, you can send an email to the USCIS headquarters office at SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov. You will receive a reply within 10 days.
