The oath of naturalization in the United States

Legal analysis: I completely give up my citizenship and loyalty to any foreign prince, monarch, country or sovereignty I belonged to before, and will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America.

when required by law, I am willing to take up arms to defend the United States. When required by law, I will do non-combat military service for the United States. When required by law, I will do important work for the country under the command of government officials. I hereby take the oath freely, without any mental obstacles, excuses or reservations. Article 3 The People's Republic of China does not recognize that China citizens have dual nationality.

Article 9 A China citizen who has settled in a foreign country will automatically lose his China nationality if he voluntarily joins or acquires a foreign nationality.
