The township labor security work plan is very good.

Since my hometown was rated as the advanced unit of employment work in Chenzhou City by the people's government, the main leaders and leaders in charge of the township party and government have paid more attention to the work of labor security and their enthusiasm has been further improved, and the rural labor security workers are even more encouraged. We would like to take this great opportunity to put forward higher requirements for future work, in order to effectively carry out all the work in 20XX and successfully complete all the indicators and tasks assigned by the county labor and social security bureau to our rural labor and social security station. Now, combined with the actual situation in my hometown, we make the following plans:

-define work objectives and strengthen work responsibilities.

The main indicators and tasks of labor security work in my township in 20XX are:

(1) Support five entrepreneurs;

(two) to stabilize the number of rural labor transfer employment of 3000 people;

(3) Complete skills training for rural labor transfer 120 people;

(4) There are 80 new participants in enterprise endowment insurance (the collection amount is 6,543,800 yuan+6,000 yuan);

(five) the number of urban residents insured is 200;

Second, focus on key points and do all the work well.

(1) Vigorously publicize social security laws, regulations and policies. Be a good propagandist, publicize labor and social security laws, regulations, principles and policies in depth, contact tens of millions of workers in Qian Qian, make the good policies of the party and government deeply rooted in people's hearts and become household names, and create a good working atmosphere for labor security.

(two) to carry out basic work, establish and improve all kinds of work accounting and work system. Earnestly do a good job in the basic ledger of the labor security service platform, update the ledger data in time, report all kinds of statistical reports on time, seriously carry out the survey of returning migrant workers and labor resources, and establish a monitoring and reporting system for the unemployment of returning migrant workers.

(3) Strive to do a good job in employment and reemployment. First, according to the tasks assigned by the county bureau, combined with the reality of our township, we will strive to complete the transfer of rural labor force and promote the re-employment of returning migrant workers. Further broaden employment channels and strive to create more employment opportunities for farmers. First, guide returning farmers to engage in efficient agriculture such as flue-cured tobacco and pig breeding, develop diversified businesses, vigorously develop planting, aquaculture and processing industries, increase the added value of agricultural products and increase farmers' income. Guide farmers to transfer employment locally and nearby, guide and coordinate labor export and return to their hometowns to start businesses. The second is to strengthen the connection and coordination with the construction of township projects, and make use of rural traffic construction, water conservancy construction, post-resettlement project of Huangkouyan Reservoir, new rural infrastructure construction, etc. to arrange employment for returning migrant workers on the spot. The third is to strengthen contacts with large township enterprises, such as Yuelai Hot Spring Resort and Yuquan Machine Brick Factory, to encourage them to provide jobs for returning migrant workers. Fourth, increase labor export, strengthen contact and cooperation with county and city employment service centers, and carry out organized labor export activities, job introduction and other follow-up security services.

(D) conscientiously do a good job in rural labor transfer skills training. Widely publicize the relevant policies of the state to train rural poor laborers free of charge, increase the vocational skills training of migrant workers, strengthen contact with specialized training institutions, optimize training subjects, and improve training quality. Adopt "menu-style" training, so that returning migrant workers can really learn real practical vocational skills.

(five) do a good job in enterprise endowment insurance and medical insurance for urban residents. Supervise and guide all types of employers (including individual industrial and commercial households) within their jurisdiction to do a good job in social insurance registration and collection of social insurance premiums; Intensify propaganda, identify the right target as the focus of ideological work, and strive to complete the task of medical insurance for urban residents.

(6) Strengthen self-construction. According to the requirements of the county labor and social security bureau, we should achieve six goals: organization, personnel, funds, venue, system and work.

Through the implementation of the above measures, we can ensure the healthy and orderly development of labor security work in our township, sum up 20XX years' work experience, learn from each other's strengths, build an entrepreneurial platform for the purpose of serving the masses and increasing farmers' income, strive to create a new situation in labor security work, and make new contributions to building a well-off society in an all-round way.
