Are Ecuadorian men successful in flying to the United States?

On February 26, two men hid in the landing gear wheel compartment of a passenger plane in Ecuador, a Central American country, trying to sneak into the United States, only to fall to the ground and die while taking off.

The incident took place in Guayaquil, a coastal city in southwestern Ecuador. The passenger plane flew from Jose Joaquin Olmedo Airport to new york, USA. The local media quoted Marcelo Torval, the police chief, as saying, "The two climbed onto the landing gear. When they took off, they were bounced out or fainted. " The passenger plane continued to fly.

Two men fell at the southernmost tip of the runway. The police did not disclose the nationality and identity of the deceased, only that they were between the ages of 25 and 30.

The Ecuadorian civil aviation department said that this incident caused the airport to suspend operation for one hour.

The passenger plane belongs to Latham Airlines of South America, which comes from Peru and stops in Guayaquil. Law enforcement agencies said that the passenger plane may be asked to fly back to Ecuador to assist in the investigation.
