Contents and Conditions of Scholarships for Studying in Singapore

1. Singapore Scholarship Applicants and Selection Process:

Applicants must attend the written test and interview held by the Ministry of Education of Singapore in June+10, 5438. The written test items include: comprehensive ability, mathematics and English. Students who successfully pass the written test and interview will arrive in Singapore in mid-June+February, 5438. The scholarship will take effect after obtaining the student ID card and entry visa issued by the Singapore Immigration Bureau and passing the physical examination in the designated hospital in Singapore.

2. Contents and conditions of Singapore Scholarship for Studying Abroad

1) The scholarship covers the following contents

-Living expenses total S $6,000 per year-paid to students regularly by the sponsoring enterprises.

-S $200 resettlement fee (one-time payment)

-Tuition, accommodation, medical insurance and accident insurance

-Economy class air tickets from Beijing to Singapore before the start of the scholarship period for studying in Singapore and economy class round-trip air tickets from Singapore to China after three or four years of study.

-7-month preparatory course, including English, mathematics, physics and chemistry.

2) Scholarship students have served in the host enterprise for 6 years after completing their undergraduate studies, and the starting salary and promotion conditions are the same as those of local ordinary college students.

3) During the preparatory class, students' accommodation will be arranged by the Singapore Ministry of Education. In the first year of college, students will live in the dormitory of the university; The qualification for the second or third year will depend on whether students can accumulate enough activity points.

3. The scholarship for studying in Singapore is valid for the first year, and then it will be automatically extended every year according to the students' good conduct and academic performance until graduation at the end of the year.
