Has the Luoshen River medium-sized reservoir started planning land acquisition?

The land acquisition plan of large and medium-sized reservoirs is in response to the call of national construction, and the expropriated local countries will compensate them.

The Regulation on Land Requisition Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects was adopted at the 30th executive meeting in the State Council on March 29th, 2006, and came into force on September 20th, 2006.

In order to do a good job in land acquisition compensation and resettlement for large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of immigrants, and ensure the smooth progress of project construction, these Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China and the Water Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects follow the following principles:

(a) people-oriented, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of immigrants, to meet the needs of the survival and development of immigrants.

(two) the overall situation, obey the overall arrangement of the state, taking into account the interests of the state, the collective and the individual.

(3) Save land, rationally plan the project area and control the scale of immigration.

(4) Sustainable development, coordinated with comprehensive development and utilization of resources and ecological environment protection.

(five) according to local conditions, overall planning.
